Overview
Regulation
The group holds seven licences in total; beyond those shown it also operates under FSC BVI and CBCS Curaçao. Exness Cyprus and Exness UK serve B2B clients only and are not available to retail traders. Clients from Chile are served by Exness (SC) Ltd under licence FSA Seychelles SD025; the client agreement is governed by the law of Seychelles and assigns jurisdiction to its courts. A complaint runs first through the broker's internal complaints procedure. Exness (SC) Ltd is also a member of the Financial Commission, an independent external dispute-resolution body, to which a client can refer an unresolved dispute within 45 days of the incident.

Standard, Pro, Raw Spread and Zero support an extended list including US dollars, euros and dozens of other currencies; a Chilean peso (CLP) account is not offered. Standard Cent supports only the six cent variants (USC, EUC, GBC, CHC, AUC, CAC).
Payments for clients from Chile
Khipu, a local Chilean bank-transfer service, and bank cards (Visa, Mastercard) are available for deposits only. Crypto withdrawals (USDT, Bitcoin and others, including Ethereum, BNB, TRON and USDC) require a prior deposit through the same method. Exness charges no fees on deposits or withdrawals; third-party payment provider fees are covered by the broker. Funds can be withdrawn to personal accounts only; third-party recipients are not accepted. The account is held in US dollars or another base currency, so deposits made in Chilean pesos are converted at the payment provider's rate.
