RoboForex is an international broker operating since 2009. RoboForex Ltd is headquartered in Belize.

The group consists of two main legal entities: RoboForex Ltd (IFSC Belize licence 9759600, Belize company registration 000001272) serves international clients including Kazakhstan, and RoboMarkets Ltd (CySEC 191/13) is a separate company for EU clients. Clients from Kazakhstan work only with RoboForex Ltd under the IFSC Belize licence. The CySEC licence of the sister company RoboMarkets does not extend to KZ clients.

For the Kazakhstan audience RoboForex maintains a separate localised website at roboinvesting.pro/ru-kk with Russian and Kazakh language interfaces. Customer support operates 24/7 in 11 languages. RoboForex Ltd is also a Category A member of the self-regulatory organisation The Financial Commission with Compensation Fund participation (coverage up to €2,500,000). This is not state regulation but provides an additional dispute-resolution mechanism for clients.

Platforms: MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, R WebTrader, R MobileTrader and the proprietary R StocksTrader for stocks. Over 12,000 instruments are available: forex pairs, stocks, indices, metals, commodities, ETFs and cryptocurrencies. The CopyFX copy-trading service allows copying trades from signal providers.

Account types: Pro, ProCent, ECN, Prime — all with a $10 minimum deposit. Pro and ProCent use a spread-only model (floating spread from 1.3 pips, no commission). ECN and Prime offer spreads from 0.0 pips with commission: $2 per lot per side on ECN, $1 on Prime. Maximum leverage up to 1:2000 on ProCent and Pro accounts (high-leverage programme). Swap-free mode is available.

Additional client programmes: Welcome Bonus on first deposit, cashback (Rebates) programme, up to 10% annual interest on idle account balance, free VPS server subject to volume requirements, VIP programme for large accounts.

Payment methods for KZ clients: Visa, Mastercard and JCB cards (deposit free from $10, withdrawal 2.6% + 1.3 USD), Skrill (deposit 0%, withdrawal 1%), Neteller (deposit 0%, withdrawal 1.9%), STICPAY (deposit 0%, withdrawal 2.5% + 0.3 USD). Bank wire transfers, cryptocurrencies (USDT, BTC) and the local Kazakhstan method Kaspi are not offered to KZ clients — this limits method choice and may complicate large deposits or withdrawals.

Important withdrawal caveat: the advertised "withdrawal without commission" programme applies only three times per month — on the second, third and fourth Tuesday of each month. On other days the standard payment-system fee is charged (1–2.6% depending on the method). This should be factored into regular withdrawal planning.

What public sources document. No regulatory fines have been recorded against RoboForex Ltd (Belize) in publicly available sources. In 2023 CySEC issued a warning to the sister company RoboMarkets Ltd (a separate EU entity) for offering non-financial incentives to retail clients — a breach of CySEC and ESMA requirements. No equivalent action has been taken against RoboForex Ltd itself.

The independent European compliance watchdog Fintelegram, following a review on 18 September 2023, added RoboForex to its Red Compliance List. The specific concerns raised by Fintelegram: (1) RoboForex Ltd is not authorised to offer financial services in EEA jurisdictions, yet registration of EEA residents on the website proceeds without restriction; (2) at the time of their review leverage of up to 1:1000 exceeded EEA limits; (3) the Quick Deposit mechanism allowed pre-KYC deposits of up to €25,000 via Perfect Money and up to $10,000 via card, well above the EEA pre-KYC limit of €2,500. Inclusion in the Red List is an independent assessment, not a legal ruling.

Trustpilot currently rates RoboForex at 2.5 of 5 across 729 reviews (May 2026). WikiFX also hosts user complaints in its Exposure section. Individual negative reviews mention withdrawal delays following repeated KYC verification; these are individual user reports, not the result of a regulatory audit.

fxgnosis has no affiliate programme with RoboForex — this review is independent and based on public sources.

Financial Services Commission of Belize (historically IFSC) is the non-bank financial services regulator of Belize, founded in 1999. It licenses offshore forex brokers and investment firms.

No investor compensation fund. Licensed brokers must hold client funds in segregated accounts, but the regulator does not guarantee reimbursement in case of broker insolvency.
