Exness was founded in 2008 in Limassol, Cyprus. It is an international multi-asset broker covering forex, metals, cryptocurrencies, indices, stock CFDs and energies.
Regulation
The group holds licences from seven regulators: CySEC, FCA, FSA Seychelles, FSC BVI, CBCS Curaçao, FSCA and CMA Kenya. Exness Cyprus and Exness UK serve B2B clients only and are not available to retail traders. Clients from Mexico are served by Exness (SC) Ltd under licence FSA Seychelles SD025. Mexico has no dedicated retail-CFD regulator. CNBV oversees banks and securities markets but does not cover retail CFDs, and CONDUSEF handles complaints only against entities licensed in Mexico. Escalation for a Mexican client therefore goes through the broker's internal procedure and then the FSA Seychelles.
