Overview
Regulation
The ZERO Markets brand operates through several independent entities: ZERO Securities Pty Ltd in Australia under ASIC AFSL 244040, ZERO Markets (NZ) Limited under FMA FSP569807, ZERO Financial Ltd in Mauritius under FSC GB21026308, and ZERO Markets LLC registered in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Clients from Mexico are onboarded to ZERO Financial Ltd under the FSC Mauritius licence. Mexico has no dedicated retail-CFD regulator: CNBV oversees banks and securities markets but does not cover retail CFDs, and CONDUSEF handles complaints only against entities licensed in Mexico. Escalation for a Mexican client therefore goes through the broker's internal procedure and then the FSC Mauritius. Retail client funds are kept separate from the firm's capital at leading banks; the broker states that negative balance protection is not guaranteed.
