Broker check: fines and regulatory actions

Pick a broker and you get the check record: the companies that make up the group, the regulators that license them, what came back on each one and the date we looked.

A broker is rarely a single company. It is a group holding separate licences in different countries, and a ruling against the European arm says nothing about the entity that opens your account. It stays on the group’s record all the same, which is why fxgnosis works through every entity rather than the one serving your region.

A row with no records describes our search on the date shown, not the absence of wrongdoing: a regulator’s decision lands years after the conduct it concerns, and how much ends up on the public record differs from one regulator to the next. Every row links to the source, so the same search can be repeated.
