The table covers every licensed company in the Born2trade group: the regulator searched at each one, what the search turned up and the date it was run. Links open the regulator’s own section, or the decision itself where there is one.
The search runs across the whole group. A decision against a sister company does not apply to the entity that opens your account, but it stays on the group’s record.

How to read the table. A row with no records means our search of that regulator’s publications on that date came back empty. That is not confirmation of a clean record: a decision lands years after the conduct it concerns, and regulators differ a lot in how much they put on the public record. Any row can be rechecked through its link.
