Libertex: fines and regulatory action
The table covers every licensed company in the Libertex group: the regulator searched at each one, what the search turned up and the date it was run. Links open the regulator’s own section, or the decision itself where there is one.
The search runs across the whole group. A decision against a sister company does not apply to the entity that opens your account, but it stays on the group’s record.
